Home For The Holidays: Elk Rapids Open House Lights Up Season

There are few things as simple, as enjoyable, and as memorable as the holiday open house. Nearly every small town or village has its own version; an evening of lights, parades, and the promise of seeing Santa for the first time of the season. 

We have friends and clients all over Northern Michigan, and we love seeing and experiencing the festivities in small towns across the region. Communities like Traverse City, Kalkaska, and others see hundreds, even thousands of their citizens come together in this seasonal events, and they're really a treasured part of our calendar. 

Of course, there is one event that is especially dear to us. The Elk Rapids Holiday Open House lights up the charming village during a time of year that can be tough to stay connected. Our small town comes together for an evening that is just as much about togetherness as any set of lights or a tree. It's a chance to see old friends, make new ones, and celebrate the close-knit community that means so much to us. 

This Friday, December 9, we invite you to experience with us. The tree lighting takes place at 5:30 pm, kicking off a night of live music, carolers, great deals and specials in the local shops, and a magical evening in a truly special place in the world. Just a few blocks north of our office, our main street will be lit up with Christmas lights and decorated for the fun season ahead!
